Returns

Thank you for shopping our small business!  We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item or items from your online order, our return policy is as follows:  Items must be returned (postmarked) within 7 calendar days of receiving the order for a full refund (less postage and shipping).  Items must be unworn with tags still attached.  We reserve the right to refuse the return if the items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. We will process returns once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Any items approved for return later than the 7-day policy stated above will be issued a store credit and will be required to pay shipping costs when returning an item. 

All accessories, gift cards, discounted items, and sale items are FINAL sale.

Any returns that do not meet the above requirements, will be returned to sender or there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your credit.

IN STORE PICKUPS are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE, not date picked up. In-store pickup Purchases can be held up to 7 days.  After 7 days the items are returned to the floor or donated if not picked up and the purchaser forfeits any payments or refunds. 

To start a return, please contact us via email at info@cottonexchangestfrancisville.com (or) (225) 535-0819 to begin the return process. Make the subject of the email “Return Order #***” notifying us of your return, and we will send a confirmation email saying we are agreeing to process your return and will process it within 7 business days of receiving your return. We will then provide you with a record of your store credit.
